1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS
"Archive Package" refers to all Excel files (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, etc.) published on the ExcelDepo platform, offered as a single ZIP file. "Seller" is the owner and operator of the ExcelDepo website. "Buyer" is the person purchasing the archive package.

2. NATURE OF DIGITAL PRODUCT
Archive package is a digital product. No physical delivery is made.
• Download link sent via email after payment confirmation is valid for 24 hours.
• Link automatically expires after the 24-hour period.
• File is served via a token-protected URL — cannot be shared.

3. REFUND AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised after digital content delivery (sending the download link via email).
No refund after the download link has been sent.
• Reasons like "my computer broke", "I lost the files", "accidentally deleted" are NOT valid refund grounds.
• Not downloading the file within the 24-hour period does NOT create a refund right.
• If a withdrawal request is made AFTER payment but BEFORE the link is sent, the payment is refunded.

4. FILE USAGE AND LIABILITY
Files in the archive are provided "as-is".
• ExcelDepo does not guarantee the files' suitability for any particular purpose.
• Formulas, calculations, and templates in the files are for informational purposes. For financial, legal, or tax decisions, consult a qualified professional.
• ExcelDepo is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the files.
• A significant portion of the Excel files in the archive has been migrated via automated tools from a 25+ year Excel archive collection. File titles, descriptions and categories were generated by AI-assisted systems; therefore the title and content of a file may not always match exactly. Some files may be empty, incomplete or contain content different from what is expected.
• The archive package is a ZIP of all files marked as "published" in the ExcelDepo database at the time of purchase. No additional claim arises for files added, updated, or removed afterwards. When a renewal is requested, the archive available at the time of the request is sent.
• The archive purchase provides the convenience of BULK-DOWNLOADING the files. ExcelDepo makes no commitment regarding the content, accuracy, recency, format compatibility, usefulness, or suitability of the files for the user's expectations.
• Individual files can already be downloaded from the website for free. The archive package is offered solely as a convenience product to speed up that process. The presence, quality, or functionality of any specific file is not grounds for refund or complaint.

5. VIRUS AND SECURITY
After downloading the files, scanning them with up-to-date antivirus software is STRONGLY recommended.
ExcelDepo does not guarantee that files in the archive are free of viruses, malware, or malicious macros.
• Buyer is responsible for running virus scans on their own device after downloading.
• ExcelDepo cannot be held liable for security breaches resulting from running the files.
• Before clicking "Enable Macros" on macro-containing (.xlsm) files, ensure the file's trustworthiness.

6. LICENSE AND COPYRIGHT
The purchased archive grants personal and commercial use rights.
• Reselling, distributing, publishing on another platform, or sharing the files in bulk with third parties is PROHIBITED.
• You may freely use the files in your own business processes (in-company use).
• In case of license violation, we reserve the right to initiate legal action.

7. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
An archive program (WinRAR, 7-Zip, etc.) is required to open the ZIP file.
• Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or a compatible application is needed to open the Excel files.
• ZIP file may be large (several GB). Sufficient disk space and stable internet are required.
• In case the download is interrupted, you can retry within the validity period.

8. PAYMENT
Payment is taken through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure.
• Your credit card details are NOT stored on ExcelDepo servers.
• Payment confirmation is made within 1-2 hours (may take longer outside business hours).
• The payment amount is the price on the page at the time of purchase.

9. DATA RETENTION AND PRIVACY
Your email, name, IP address, date of terms acceptance, and browser information related to your purchase are recorded.
• This information is used only for sales processing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
• Your information is NOT shared with third parties (except legal obligations).

10. DISPUTES AND COMPETENT COURT
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
• Courts of the Republic of Türkiye are authorized in case of dispute.
• By completing the purchase, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

11. RIGHT TO AMEND
ExcelDepo reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Current terms are always published on this page. Terms valid at the time of purchase apply.
