Archive Purchase Terms

1. General Definitions

"Archive Package" refers to all free Excel files (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, etc.) published on ExcelDepo, delivered as a single ZIP file. <strong>VIP-badged premium content is NOT INCLUDED in the archive package</strong> — these files are only downloadable through a monthly Supporter subscription. "Seller" refers to the owner and operator of ExcelDepo. "Buyer" refers to the person purchasing the archive package.

2. Digital Product Nature

The archive package is a digital product. No physical delivery is made.

The download link sent via email after payment confirmation is valid for 24 hours.
The link automatically expires after the 24-hour period.
After successful download, the file is deleted from the server.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

As per applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital content, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after delivery (sending of the download link via email).

No refunds are provided after the download link has been sent.

Reasons such as "my computer crashed", "I lost the files", "I accidentally deleted them" are not valid grounds for a refund.
Failure to download within the 24-hour window does not entitle a refund.
If a cancellation request is made after payment but before the link is sent, the payment will be refunded.

4. File Usage and Liability

Files in the archive are provided "as-is".

ExcelDepo does not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose.
Formulas, calculations, and templates are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional for financial, legal, or tax decisions.
ExcelDepo is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of these files.
A significant portion of the Excel files in the archive has been migrated via automated tools from a 25+ year Excel archive collection. File titles, descriptions and categories were generated by AI-assisted systems; therefore the title and content of a file may not always match exactly. Some files may be empty, incomplete, or contain content different from what is expected.
The archive package is a ZIP of all <strong>non-VIP</strong> files marked as "published" in the ExcelDepo database at the time of purchase. VIP-badged premium files are excluded from the archive. No additional claim arises for files added, updated, or removed afterwards. When a renewal is requested, the archive available at the time of the request is sent.
The archive purchase provides the convenience of bulk-downloading the files. ExcelDepo makes no commitment regarding the content, accuracy, recency, format compatibility, usefulness, or suitability of the files for the user's expectations.
Individual non-VIP files can already be downloaded from the website for free. The archive package is offered solely as a convenience product to speed up that process. The presence, quality, or functionality of any specific file is not grounds for refund or complaint.

5. Virus and Security

It is strongly recommended to scan the downloaded files with up-to-date antivirus software.

ExcelDepo does not guarantee that the files are free from viruses, malware, or malicious macros.

The buyer is responsible for scanning the files for viruses after download.
ExcelDepo cannot be held responsible for security breaches resulting from running the files.
For macro-enabled files (.xlsm), verify the file's safety before clicking "Enable Macros".

6. License and Copyright

The purchased archive grants personal and commercial use rights.

Reselling, distributing, publishing on other platforms, or bulk sharing of the files is strictly prohibited.
You may freely use the files in your own business processes (internal use).
We reserve the right to take legal action in case of license violations.

7. Technical Requirements

An archive software (WinRAR, 7-Zip, etc.) is required to extract the ZIP file.

Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or a compatible application is required to open Excel files.
The ZIP file may be large (several GB). Sufficient disk space and a stable internet connection are required.
If the download is interrupted, you may retry within the validity period.

8. Payment

Payments are processed through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure.

Your credit card information is never stored on ExcelDepo servers.
Payment confirmation takes 1-2 hours (may be longer outside business hours).
The payment amount is the price displayed on the page at the time of purchase.

9. Data Storage and Privacy

Your email, name, IP address, terms acceptance date, and browser information are recorded.

This information is used only for the sales transaction, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Your information is not shared with third parties (except where legally required).

10. Disputes and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Turkish courts have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
By completing the purchase, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all these terms.

11. Right to Amend

ExcelDepo reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Current terms are always published on this page. The terms valid at the time of purchase shall apply.
